Major Incident Notification: Trigger a notification to a DL after 60 Mins of MI Ticket Creation

Hi Team,

We wanted to trigger a notification and that needs to be send to a DL, after 60 Mins of creation of the MI ticket , under the following conditions:

1. Notification should not be triggered, if the ticket status is Suspended.

2. Notification should be triggered, if no emails or updates were sent within 60 mins of ticket creation.

Both the conditions need to be met.
