Connect Prometheus AlertManager to Service Manager

Hello Community,

Is it possible for Prometheus / Alertmanager to trigger the creation / resolution etc of an incident in Service Manager ?

If yes, how would we do that ?

I suppose I would need to adapt my alerts synthaxe to Service Manager fields ? Would I need to configure a webservice ?

Hope you guys can guide me on how to do that please Slight smile

NB: it is a non k8S or docker env

    Hi Sophie

    The ruleset or Trigger can do that.

    The synthaxe can be passed and saved in SM's field as value of incident. The trigger or ruleset uses those values as condition validation for notification in ruleset or trigger.
