Install HPSM 7.11 to Windows Server 2012 R2

Good afternoon!
Tell me, is it possible to install HP Service Manager 7.11 on Windows Server 2012 R2?
Is it possible, is there an instruction on how to install and transfer licenses?

    You need a valid SAID and a support contract to obtain product updates.   Having said that SM 7.11 is no longer supported.  You need to upgrade to a supported release.
