Can you please share SBM Upgrade Path and Would like to understand , If we have use cases around Integrating with ITSM/ESM systems.

    If you already have SBM and you need an ITSM solution, I would suggest that you consider SSM (Solution Service Management). This is not really an "upgrade". You can think of this as pre-built SBM process apps that you can deploy to your SBM environment. The default configuration follows the standard ITIL practices. But, these are SBM process apps, so you can also customize them to fit your exact needs too. If you'd like more information, DM me and I can work with you directly.
