Silent install of SBM

I need to install SBM in 'silent mode' as it is being deployed in a Cloud environment that requires scripting for installation (using TerraForm). I have the command to script the silent install but cannot find any information about the need to install the AutPass license server or if the install will do that as well. Follow-up question will be on how to apply the license silently.
