Hi Rj. I would ask that you follow up with support regarding "11" - there must have been some sort of confusion around the question somehow.

The latest version is 12.2 so in terms of releases, you are current.

There are a few ways to determine the latest release including these sites:

Believe me, I was clear with what I was asking.  He wasn't sure and actually directed me here, a discussion forum.  Not that there is anything wrong with forums, there are plenty of experts such as yourself, and thanks to you I have an answer.  It was just the whole customer experience that put me off.
