Exporting linked issues from SBM (TTrack)

Hello Community, 

We are looking to export our SBM issues that have “linked issues” into excel or even XML. We can easily create a report and export these issues, however, any linked issue is not represented in the exported data. We have found a way to export the attachments, but the linked issues are where we are stuck. Has anyone had success doing this or know of a way to do so?

    Hi Mike, I tried this out on my machine and it's working fine. Can you tell us more about the setup? Are the linked issues linked using a Relational field or using the "Add Item Link" feature until the Action menu? Both are working fine for me, but I'm using SBM 12.1. What version are you running right now? If I have a copy of your version, I can try it there too.

    My report is ugly for testing, but it looks like this:

    Thanks for the reply Vickie! For whatever reason I can't seem to create a report that shows associated linked items. To answer your question we are on SBM version 11.8

    No problem. If you want to dig into this more, it might be time to open a case with the support team. I don't know what the problem is, but then we could pull the developers in to help research for us.
