OPTIC deployment with classic NNMi and NA

Hello,

We deployed the Optic Data Lake specifically for its reporting capability. We deployed it in a single-node scenario. Everything seems good, all pods are up and healthy. However, when I connect to the BVD dashboards, I encounter the error below.

What could be the reason? Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Do you enable TLS for Vertica? Have NNMi Cerit been imported into NOM side?

       a. To AppHub -> Deployments (tab) -> Widget for NOM Helm Chart -> Edit -> Security -> “Upload TLS Certificates"

       b. To AppHub -> Deployments (tab) -> Widget for NOM Helm Chart -> Edit -> Security -> “Upload Optic Data Lake Client Authentication Certificates”
