Operations Bridge Express - entitlement with OPTIC DL

Hi Team,

Does Operations Bridge Express ( Sitescope) customer have an entitlement to use OPTIC DL for System performance reporting purposes?

    Hello AkashMicroFocus,

    The short answer is no.  Operations Bridge Express does not include the entitlement to use OPTIC DL.

    OPTIC DL is only included with Operations Bridge Premium or Ultimate.

    Operations Bridge Express includes entitlement to the following:

    • Agentless monitoring per OSI (equivalent of previous SiteScope OSI premium license)
    • URL monitoring - license is required for URLs hosted on infrastructure that is not already monitored by OpsBridge.
    • SiteScope web script transaction monitoring.
