SiteScope License

Hi folks,

My question is about SiteScope : When opening the "License" tab on the web console i get a message which tell me the following :

************************************************************************************************************************************

"License Type/Status : Total license points 3000; points consumed 3282. Note : The number of license points used exceeds the number available.

To avoid SiteScope shutting down whithin 7 days, you should add more license points or reduce the number of monitors being used."

************************************************************************************************************************************

Can anyone tell me if the sitescope will really goes down ? or it's a simple warning message ?

Yes this is a serious warning, and will stop working.
Either remove monitors or get additional licensing

Hi there
As it displays in the error message its hardcoded to 7 days from first breach of license consumption

This is what i try to understand !
This message is shown since 1 mounth and the SiteScope still working.
Is there any logfile or resource which can inform about the period of time is remaining ?

Hi Reda,
Your sitescope will work but will monitor only 3000 monitors and remaining monitor will be no data. Hence it's always advisable to contact our licensee team for purchasing remaining monitor counts.
You can generate a license report
