ITOM CDF Support system

Hi Team,
Recently I came accross one query from the customer, that when we are proposeing container deployment of SMAX, DCAX for production use. In case of any issues in docker platform, is MF support team provide support to troubleshoot the issue??

    Containerized SMAX and DCA are both available and officially supported. Please review DCA & SMAX documentation on docs.microfocus.com to ensure all DCA use cases are available in the proposed environment. This would be a 2-cluster setup, one for SMAX, one for DCA.

    If your question is around the deployment of those 2 applications on a single CDF cluster, I have not yet seen such deployment in production, so I would recommend a PoC first before moving to prod or pre-prod. SMAX would have to be deployed first (classic), then DCA (Helm).

    if your question is about 'Docker Platform' support, which I translated as Docker EE / Mirantis Platform, this K8s distribution is not yet supported by our Portfolio
