Knowledge Doc: submitEvents.bat cannot run on Windows Authentication Environment for MS SQL Database

If OBM Server is using Windows Authentication to connect to MS SQL Database, submitEvents.bat will not work unless C:\HPBSM\bin\mssql-jdbc_auth-12.4.0.x64.dll in the Path.

Environment

Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) 23.4

Situation

The submitEvents.bat command hangs on Command Prompt. The command never create event, and the command never return.

cd HPBSM\opr\support
submitEvents.bat -t "TEST ENEVT"
