OBM is upgraded from 23.4 from 2022.11, seen couple of UI related issues with Assignment and Tuning page.

Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) 23.4 (11.60)

Situation

OBM is upgraded from 23.4 from 2022.11, seen couple of UI related issues with Assignment and Tuning page.
1. Click on Up or Down arrow Selection is not happening in the Assignment and Tunning
2. Assignments and Tuning Always loads the page with empty view name
