Situation

In the MoM environment, when executing opr-agt -status on OBM in BACKUP MGR, the result was returned with the "HTTP Status: 404" error message.

Immediately after Switching PRIMRY MGR of OA, no error occurs even in BACKUP MGR. Roughly 35 minutes later, an error occurs in BACKUP MGR.

Also, this issue does not occur in OA with OPC_BACKUP_MGRS_FAILOVER_ONLY = FALSE.
