SiteScope 23.4

Situation

When exports the configuration file by silent mode, there is an error message in the SiteScope_config_tool.log

[Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/mercury/infra/utils/logger/LogFactory, 	at com.mercury.sitescope.platform.configmanager.configviewer.PersistDoc.<clinit>(PersistDoc.java:39), Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mercury.infra.utils.logger.LogFactory, 	XXXX
