An error occurs when creating a VMware Host CPU monitor:

Error 31008
Error getting counters: Unable to get connection to URL
https://<hostname>/sdk with username <usernameLogin> waited: xxxxx miliseconds; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
