Support Tip: New command line interface (CLI) to export and import custom configurations in OBM

Starting with OBM 24.2, the new "opr-custom-config" (CLI) can now be used to export and import custom configurations like recipients, notification rules, and workspaces.

Exported custom configurations can also be imported on other OBM installations.
