Can you post following:

- OS  version where OBM is hosted

- screenshot of where CPs are showing as empty.

Also verify if license is showing as either instant on active or activated. If all menu items under Administration are showing normally. Sometimes due to license some items are disabled/not showing.

For license, we already installed and activate licenses on OBM and it contains license for management pack

Don't think its issue with MPs yet. As you cannot see basic features either. Please check the install log if there were any warnings or errors. config-wizard log and bot/startup logs should also show something. When you run bsmstatus UI, any issues showing up there? I will add screenshots from a vanilla lab 24.4 instance for reference.

I checked the logs but everything looks good, bsmstatus shows that everything is running whether on dps or gw

To eliminate user access issues:

1- if not using out of the box admin user try using it or create a new super user to validate.

2- check the postgres log for errors.

3- Open an event(any event and try opening the policy/monitoring sub item if it shows up).

Have you also tried restarting the OBM and/or re-run of config wizard?

I have seen some strange behaviour in 24.2 menu items visibility due to user permissions and license loading.

1- i use the default admin user

2- I will check it

3- I opened event related to obm itself and it show that there was assignment for omi selfmonitoring as i remember and also when i run ovpolicy -;ist on gw or dps, it shows that there are many policies deployed

-If you see same after reinstalling then it may be related with binaries or the host system.

- When browsing try to see in developer tools web console for errors.

- The Webserver logs are in different location then other logs.

Hello,

I would recommend running the configuration wizard on all GWs after they have been stopped.  At one point, it asks which MPs (content packs) you want to upload.  Select the MPs you wish to install.  Then wait for the configwizard to finish.  If there is an error, look in /opt/HP/BSM/log/configserver/ for any ERROR - on my system it would be /opt/HP/BSM/log/configserver/configserver_all.log
