I'm not 100% sure I undersatand your question.

If you mean System Health as part of OBM, then the configuration is stored in the database.  You would upgrade OBM as an entity rather than one component.  The upgrade process will then upgrade Service Health.

Thanks for the reply. It's a APM System Health.

We have installed APM system health on the separate machine and now we want to upgrade that one to 9.60 version but unfortunately if we want upgrade it, we have to uninstall the System Health. So that's why asked before uninstalling we have to take the configuration backup as we are monitoring and managing the servers in System Health.

APM System Health is based on SiS, so it worth trying to run the SiS Configuration Tool, then export configuration to zip. then upon upgrade run the tool again to import configuration.

Yes, we have tried that one to run the config wizard tool from the bin directory but it's not opening at all (both Run as administrator and normal one)

Also, if we run the config wizard from command prompt it's giving us the below error. We have added SYS health home directory to the environment variable as well.
