SiteScope monitor properties getting error after upgrade to 24.2

Hi Team we have recently upgraded our Sitescope from 2022.05 to 24.2 , many sitescopes we have done but but one sitescope getting issue

like we could not see monitor properties getting error as attached, like "Monitor property from is currently unavailable" , this a windows 2019 server

let us know any work around for this
