EMC VNX is a storage arrays by EMC (now Dell) used for enterprise storage solutions.

I think your question is "does OBM still supports the integration and monitoring of EMC VNX systems?". If so, then my google (www.google.com/search came up with nothing, which implies there are no out-of-the box Management Packs. The great news is that OBM manage can EMC VNX via SNMP: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/vnx/snmp-alerts-from-vnx-for-file/647f71e3f4ccf8a8def8871
