option to use different sender email ID in the email notification template instead of default sender email ID

Hi Team,

We are looking for possibility to change the sender email ID for email alerts for different monitors instead of default sender email ID from Default email settings.

    You can create Connected Server with Groovy script and in your script implement sending email via code. this way you can specify different sender ID for each event.

    Thanks for your response,

    is there any way to handle it at the SiteScope level as it gives option for the users to configure their own sender email ID as in some cases there will be a service request created automatically from email notification triggered from SiteScope and the service request details will be sent to the sender email ID and in this case the From email address from email settings.
