operations agent installation issue on Redhat Linux 9.4

while trying to install OA 12.26 on linux machine with the root user it gives an error that :

./scripts/oainstall_linux3.10.x64.sh: line 9423: ./oasetup.sh: permission denied

In case of old OA version presence please check permissions on /opt/OV/bin/OpC/install/oasetup.sh In hardened systems sometimes permissions are stricter than default ones.
