You can always add additional GW's to an existing OBM installation, and then you can deactivate the old ones:

You install OBM on the new GW and run the config wizard.

After you added the new GWs and added them to your load balancer configuration, you can shutdown the systems and deactivate them on the primary DPS using opr-management-server-cli, e.g.:

- run with -list to get the id needed for deactivation:

/opt/HP/BSM/bin/opr-management-server-cli.sh -username admin -list

- Now deactivate old GW:

/opt/HP/BSM/bin/opr-management-server-cli.sh -username admin  -deactivate <identifier>

Similarly with the DPS'es, however you can only have two DPS, so you fist need to shutdown and de-activate the backup DPS, then install new DPS and add it to the installation.

You could now switch HAC services to the new DPS.

And finally, shutdown and de-activate your primary DPS and install and activate new DPS.

Since your old DPSes are no longer there, you will need to configure HAC again if you want automatic failover.
