Hello JoseDeLeon,
Interesting.
I would clean any temporary directories created by previous installations and perform a checksum on the binary to confirm that it is valid and not corrupt.
A follow-up question is why are you not installing OO 2022.05? If this is a new installation, I would suggest using OO 2022.05.

Mark
Hi Mark,
in this case is a new installation, in this case we need to install 2021.02. This installation don't continue from this part don't create any file or folder. We create a VM in cloud and try and works but in this production server don't works. We use root user, have all permissions and fails. We will try with the silent.properties file and in case fails with a new.bin file.
Hello JoseDeLeon,
It sounded like a corrupt file based on the error and your description.
At this point, if the checksum is valid for the .bin file, then open a support case to investigate further.

Mark
Hi Mark, we already transfer a new .bin file and in this case again show us the error permission denied. The file has 777 permissions. We will use now a silent.properties file, can this resolve this issue of permission denied as the image show? now we are executing the command bash installer.bin and show this error. We know we need silent.
Hello Jose,
Thank you for your update.
If the error is related to not having a UI or UI ability to install OO, then using the silent installation would resolve the issue.
I would look at the prerequisites for installing on Linux UI to make sure that this is
If you continue to have problems with the installation, I would suggest opening a support case.
I hope that you are successful.
