Support Tip: NNMi Trace Route (from server) execution failed

Environment

Network Node Manager i (NNMi) 
 

Situation

Select a Node in NNMi and click [Actions]→ [Node Access]→[Trace Route (from server)].  
The NNMi login web screen will pop up, and http status 404 error will appear after logging in to NNMi.


 

Cause

The traceroute is not installed in the OS of the NNMi server.
 

Resolution

Install traceroute in the OS of the NNMi server.
