Support Tip: Network Automation email notifications may stop working or may not work in NA

Most environments require to use CA certificates for applications in order to increase security measures, in NA this may cause the email functionality to stop working and using an specific set of certs for email signing and de-signing will more than likely correct this issue.

Refer to the following document for steps on how to create a dedicated keystore and cert for email functionalities.
