Support Tip: Unable to collect troubleshooting package from the UI

Sometimes the User Interface may become inaccessible and we are unable to collect a troubleshooting package(Admin -- Troubleshooting > Download Troubleshooting Information).

Information can be captured through the Command Line Interface of a Unix server with the script (%NA_HOME_DIR%/client/runtroubleshoot.sh) answer two questions about the files to include and it should generate a troubleshoot.zip file at %NA_HOME_DIR%/server/ext/appserver/bin/troubleshoot.zip
