Support Tip: Image Synchronization Report gives the option to backup a device's image out of its flash memory

On the NA User Interface navigate to "Reports -- Image Synchronization Report".

Once the report is launched select the devices you wish to backup and from the "Actions" drop-down menu select "Sync Image" which will give you the "Backup device Software" task.
