Support Tip: Using a Bastion host to work around network and compatibility limitations

Using a bastion host is a quick and easy way to work around network reachability issues, command syntax and other things that may require code changes, advanced troubleshooting or advanced configurations.

NA is designed to interact with thousands of exiting device models in the market however, sometimes we may have special situation such as a device expecting a specific SSH command syntax or perhaps it's just on another section of the network without a direct path to the NA server, using a linux box as a hopbox is an option and we refer to it as bastion host which can be configured for several devices at once through bath edit or on a single device at a time.

Take a look at the available documentation for the bastion host.
