you are refering to the old push integration using the DFP of uCMDB. You should use the new, where NNM is pushing the data to the uCMDB server. This is mainly configured on the NNM site with an integration form. With that integration (starting from NNM version 2022.05) you can modify some json files for mapping and attributes. I modified this JSON file but it did not work with custom attributes. It only worked when I used NNMi's existing attributes, such as "interface_name" and "interface_speed," etc., but not with custom attributes.

Yes since 22.11 release, the DFP Job for NNMi inventory is depracated. a new NNM RTSM/UCMDB integration is provide but this integration do not include CMA. I raised an idea. 

As work around I use a script which create a XML Topo File then I import this file through OMI import XML Topo policy.
