NNMI 2023.05 installation fails at prerequisites Phase II

Hi

customer is installing NNMi 2023.05 on RedHat 8.10. With a strange error " NNM is not a valid productName" :

Customer is 100% sure that all NNMI installation prerequisites are OK, necessary packages are installed.
Have you seen it before? Any idea what it means and what could be a cause of the problem?
