NNM 24.2 help with custom poller collection / SNMP trap configuration

Hello everyone,

With NNM, I would like to monitor the CPU usage of a device and open an incident if the threshold of any CPU exceeds 75%.

The OID I use to retrieve the CPU percentage is as follows: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7

Could you please let me know how to configure a custom poller collection or an SNMP trap configuration to achieve what I described above?
