Regarding Dampening on the events where Pairwise is configured

Hello Team,

We are actively monitoring the BGP DOWN/UP events & a Pairwise is configured to take care of the event handling. In this event Dampening & an Action (Registered for DOWN / Closed for UP) is configured.

In this process we see that

When Dampening is DISABLED on UP & Pairwise matches, the event will PROCEED to "Action"(Registered/Closed) on UP.

But when the Dampening is ENABLED on UP & Pairwise matches, the event will NOT PROCEED to "Action"(Registered/Closed) on UP.

Expectation: The "Action"(Registered/Closed) should be triggered when the event crosses "Dampening" time (either Down / Up) and the "Action" (Registered/Closed) should not get triggered when the event gets cancelled (by Pairwise) before "Dampening" time.

Please go through the attached flow charts to understand on how NNM is behaving and what we would like to achieve (respectively).

Any pointers on how the required config can be achieved are much appreciated.
