Installation of HPNA 24.1 on cloud

Hi Team,

We would like to install HPNA version 24.1 on Azure servers.
We have planned for HPNA architecture with 4 cores with Horizontal scalability.
Can someone  please help me ,weather we can use DB managed service from Azure(oracle 19c).

!)Can I install oracle DB on separate Azure server and use that, will that be feasible? 

2)From Doc Requirements - Network Automation (microfocus.com), I should have following 32 bit libraries, but oracle Linux 8 coming with inbuilt 64 bit libraries of same kind, should be install the following 32 bit libraries in addition to 64 bit glibc,libnsl,libxcrypt libraries. 
  

  • glibc-2.28-*.el8.i686
  • libnsl-2.28-*.el8.i686
  • libxcrypt-4.1.*.el8.i686
