NNMi Cluster Active DB FAILED error

Hello Community,

We are experiencing the following after starting the daemon (nnmcluster –daemon) in the soon to be active server, the output of the nnmcluster –display output is ACTIVE_DB_FAILED.

Not sure what the problem is, any advice?
