DMA - Email send error

Hi Experts,

I'm getting issue in DMA while sending email through any flow. 

We have given the values of SMTP server and 'from' email.

while testing from Setup > configuration > test email. its failing there as well. (tried different email accounts)

Same SMTP details are working for other product.

Things is it was working in past .we haven't change anything majorly as well. but now it isn't working.

checked in log file /var/log/hp/dma/dma.log  but its not giving any error for email failure..

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
