Welcome to the new OpenText. New products, new capabilities, and a fresh new name for our products. As we expand our reach beyond our existing loyal customers, it is essential to have product names that clearly defines the capabilities and functionality of our products. So, you'll see a couple of changes. Our big change is the renaming of Operations Bridge to OpenTextTM AI Operations Management. While we loved "the Bridge", it was time to better describe the primary capability. So, long live the king of enterprise event management and correlation, OpenText AI Operations Management. The next thing you may notice are some products include "Core" in the name, like OpenTextTM Core Application Observability or OpenTextTM Core Infrastructure Observability. "Core" is our designation for products that are primarily delivered as a service, rather than a traditional on-premises deployment. But, even if you see "Core" attached to a product name, that doesn't mean it is only deployed as a service, we've got off-cloud (AKA on-premises) deployments in our back pockets to make sure organizations like yours have a choice of deployment.
So, let's jump in to see what's new in Cloud Editions 24.4!
For the 24.4 release, OpenText AI Operations Management (Operations Bridge) delivers new content and capabilities, including 26 ideas and enhancement requests submitted by customers!

For Cloud Editions 24.4, OpenText Core Application Observability continues to accelerate! We also ensure that real user tracing is separate from synthetic, so development teams know where to focus their efforts.
