is it possible to delete record using CIT scenario based on key value read from a file or on record modification date(record not modified for last 30 days delete.

Yes, of course. Select a root node, a structure, or a collection in the Mappings window, select the Reconciliation sub-tab (to the right of Mapping sub-tab), then select from the Reconciliation Type drop-down list of values for Delete.

Thanks for information. Can you please confirm selection in below snap is the which your are referring.
Will this delete only those values which are in mapping table? or if I map only reconciliation key, will this delete whole record for that particular key.

Whole record. You should not have to worry about the Portfolio item because the amComputer is considered an overflow table which means the AM system should auto-delete the related portfolio item (as well as the related amAsset table record).
In fact, your mapping should start from root amPortfolio as this is the main table.
