How to reduce error time in CIT scenario

Hi All,

We are inserting data from csv file into database with couple of mandatory fields. If mandatory field value is missing, it is taking 10mins to give error message for each such line in csv file.  Is there a way to reduce this wait time. is this wait/retry time configurable.
