User and location Field not returning values on AM Web

Hi,

Users of this role, suddenly unable to 'search' user or location name where AM web returns possible values. This role has 'general full access' rights.

Previously it will return possible values...but now its not returning. Restarting AM Web Tomcat does not help.

Any idea where is causing this?

Using user with 'administrator rights', has no issues.
