Hello,
You can add a "per schedule" business rule with a "calculated time" in the future when it needs to run. Note that the rule will not apply on existing tickets, unless the records have been modified after the rule was configured.
Below is an example of an out of the box rule which deletes all group memberships for a Person at 72 hours after the record has been converted from User to Contact, as long as the Person type is still a contact when the rule is scheduled to run.

It is an option, but once the condition evaluates to false (even once), the rule will stop executing. If that is not a concern, it is ok as solution.
