Hello,
What would you like to change it to? Is it based on user input or logic that can be implemented as a rule?
Best regards,
Brindusa
Hello Brindusa,
The OOTB rule for the task module is to set the domain to public, as you can see in the screenshot below. (if condition is true)
So, there is an approval task that is already approved that was set to another domain (due to the primary domain of the user who was assigned to this approval task) so other users can't see this approval as you see in the screenshot.
My question is, is there any way to change the domain for this approval task to be public, considering that this approval task is already approved?
Hello Brindusa,
Can you help?
The only option to change the domain is if the condition evaluates to true.
In my case as the approval task was approved, i write rule to append the domain after change and I found way to make change for this approval task by adding new attachment because other fields was read only.
