Can we import group members from AD/LDAP to SMAX group

can we get the members of group in AD/LDAP and add them to a group in SMAX based on a mapping condition 

Example:- there is a group in AD called SMAX which has 10 members, i need to get those 10 members details and map them to a group in a smax based on a mapping conduction.
