Is it possible to increase the size of the Live Chat window as part of a Service Request

We are running SMAX 24.4 and have a customer requirement to make the Live Chat window bigger for Service Desk Agents when they are carrying out live support with an end user.

As shown above, currently the live chat widget takes up small space on the bottom right, is there a way to expand this either on a user by user basis or via a global setting?

    Hi Kunal,

    It's not possible to alter the size of the Live Chat widget. If this is something that needs to be considered then I'd suggest raising an Idea on the Idea Exchange.

    One option, not sure if its ideal but you can zoom in via the Browser and then the Chat window appears bigger but isn't the same as resizing the widget.
