smax internal reporting - recipients

Hello All,

Seeking your input on one of the reporting queries.

As per the document,

> 10 external recipients mean, 10 email IDs? or 10 PDL with any number of members in it?

> 50 internal/group Recipients mean, 50 users/groups or if any one user/group has a PDL (with say 100 users in it) mapped as their email ID then total number of emails will be 150. will it allow?

Kindly help me to understand.

Thank you..

    Hi Sachin,

Here is some additional information around the Recipient Allowlist:

The key to the allow list is the email domain such as example.com. So if the email address you are using is a group mailbox it would be one email address such as group1@example.com. That would use one of the external recipients. Or else its and individual such as user1@example.com

When considering the Internal recipients, it's 50 users within SMAX. So that could be a Contact or an Agent.

When considering groups its whatever SMAX groups you have set up either Functional or Organisational.
