The Service Manager RnD team is pleased to announce that Service Manager 9.72 patch 2 is now available for downloading.

In this patch, we provided below update:

• Enhancements:
  • Service Manager 9.72.p2 adopts IdM 1.40.1 to support SAML authentication request entry point with https. Now When SM is integrated with IdM and SAML is configured, the request entry point can be configured with https.
  • Smart Email supports EWS on premise with impersonate authentication for shared inbox.
• Defect Fixing
• Support Matrix update
