This article helps resolve the following issue: 

When you run the following command:

./install -m /<suite metadata directory>/<suite metadata>.tgz --nfs-server <nfs-server> --nfs-folder <nfs-directory> --db-user <cdfapiserver_db_user> --db-password <cdfapiserver_db_password> --db-url <cdfapiserver_db_url_or_connection_string> [--db-crt <cdfapiserver_db_cert>]

You get the following output:

flock check pass
Failed: Server exposed uid:65534 is not consistent with the setting of SYSTEM_USER_ID:1999.

If you check the ownership of the folders and subfolders under "/var/vols/itom/itsma/" the owners are listed as "nobody"
