[SM]After the SM system is upgraded to SM9.71, the system cannot send emails.

The reason for this problem is that the field "evprocessed" does not exist in the dbdict "eventout". You need to update the OCTCR19X1325632_SM971_SM950.unl information contained in the SM9.71 distribution package, so that the field "evprocessed" will be added successfully.
