There is nothing else we need to do to enable virtual agent.

That Virtual Agent calls Smart Search function directly, if the Smart Search configured, that function will work.

I checked SmartAnalytics on Service Manager and is working, the integration between SMA and Service Manager is also working but stiil can not get a reponse from the virtual agent. How can I be sure if SMA is using smartAnalitycs from Service Manager?

Do we have configuration about smartAnalitycs in SMA bo portal? SMA will use smartAnalitycs directly.

Yes, SmartAnalytics has been setup in SMA bo portal in the same section where Service Manager is setup. The test was successful for connection bettween SMA and Service Manager. We also put on Service Manager the URL as the default Service Portal we area using, but still SMA is not using the smart search from SmartAnalytics.
